At Kambukka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium drinkware. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original Kambukka packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
